Um, I freaking love this thing!!I'm finally getting serious about losing some of the postpartum and pandemic weight that I gained. I don't have a lot of room in our home to create a home gym so I was looking for something versatile. I am so glad I found this! Right now I have 25 weights on either side for a total of 50 pounds to squat and exercise with. The clasps are secure and holding onto these weights safely and effectively. The bar itself has a nice grip and you don't feel like your fingers are gonna slide off, by any means. For under $100 I am able to get more serious about strength training and I didn't have to invest in a weightlifting bar, a weight bench, and more weights.
