Why do you have the Power User Program?
At AltitudeCraft, we're committed to designing our products from a consumer's perspective, constantly seeking opportunities to improve. The Power User Program allows us to engage with users on a deeper level to understand how we can do better.
Especially for our newly launched products, we provide Power Users with exclusive codes. Their feedback helps us gauge the market response and gives us a headstart in identifying areas for improvement. We encourage Power Users to share their product experiences on social media platforms, YouTube, blogs, tech websites to increase and enhance AltitudeCraft's online visibility.
What are the Program benefits?
As a Power User, you'll regularly receive AltitudeCraft product codes. The selection varies according to our development needs, but you'll have the freedom to choose based on your interest - there's no obligation to purchase or review a product that doesn't resonate with you.
Additionally, Power Users receive exclusive discount codes, loyalty rewards, and other VIP privileges.
What are the Program responsibilities?
Power Users are expected to test and provide detailed, unbiased feedback on the product within a week. If circumstances prevent a timely feedback, we ask that you notify us in advance. Please note that delayed feedback might impact your eligibility to apply for future AltitudeCraft products.
Who is eligible to apply as a Power User?
We select applicants based on your tech experience, your online presence, among other factors. Some basic requirements for application:
- Location: Applicants must reside in one of the following countries: the United States.
- Active and have some online influence: The program has grown rapidly, and we aim to distribute our limited resources across various online platforms effectively.
Where should I share my product experience?
While we do not require you to leave a review on any specific platform for any product received, we encourage you to share your experience on social media, YouTube, blogs, deal websites, or other online spaces.
Where should I submit my online review link?
To ensure prompt customer service, please submit your online review links on your Power User page. You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to www.altitudecraft.com and log in.
- Navigate to “Power User” via the top menu, then click “Power User”.
- Scroll down to “My Sample”.
- Find the product you tested, and submit your online review post links.
I'm a new Power User. How do I get started?
All available discounted products are displayed on the Power User page. Simply select an available code from our Power User Program page. If none of the current products strike your fancy, or all codes have been claimed, please wait for our selection to be updated.
What if I am not interested in the current product selections?
If you are not interested in reviewing any of the current products available, please wait for the next update.
